

If that is in fact the case, Shadowlands will be the second expansion in the game's history, alongside Warlords of Draenor, to have received only two content updates. Based on comments made by Danuser in the developer preview, where he says the Shadowlands expansion is a story told in three acts and that this is the "final chapter," it certainly sounds like patch 9.2 will mark the end of the expansion.
